Instructions for the safe use of enamel cookware:
- Before first use, wash the cookware with hot water and detergent, rinse with clean water and dry. Never heat empty cookware. In case of overheating, remove the cookware from the heat source and let it cool down gradually.
- When using an induction hob that heats up quickly, never leave the cookware unattended.
- Never put the heated cookware and lid under cold running water, but let them cool down gradually to avoid thermal shock and, consequently, possible damage to the cookware.
- Do not fill the cookware more than 2/3 of its capacity for easier handling during cooking.
- Do not expose non-metallic handles to direct flame or high oven temperatures.
- Do not put the enameled lid with a plastic knob or thermal knob in the oven.
- Do not expose the glass lid to sudden changes in temperature.
- The glass lid with silicone rim and knob is not oven safe.
- During cooking, the handles of the pots should not protrude from the stove surface (turn them towards the center of the stove).
- Always use protective gloves when handling the hot pot.
